摘要
目前新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情严峻,参与一线救治的医护人员需要密切接触患者,被感染风险极高,且早期对该新型病毒特性陌生,所有治疗、护理、感控等都处于边摸索、边积极救治、边求证的过程。因此,医院感染控制是抗疫工作环节的重中之重。本研究通过借鉴国家防控指南及临床专家共识,结合自身团队一线救治经验,编写了一套科学可操作的医务人员COVID-19感染防控管理方案,主要内容包括:完善新冠院感防控人员管理体系、建立科学管理制度、规范并细化操作流程、落实监督和质控环节等。该方案在本编写组支援疫区接管的定点医院得以应用,通过制度化、规范化的管理和流程控制,及时监督反馈工作中存在的问题并实时改进,实现了团队“零感染”的目标。
COVID-19 is a continuous threat to global health now.As health care workers(HCWs)are associated with increased risk when treating patients with this acute respiratory disease.In the early stage,due to unfamiliarity with its viral characteristics,we were exploring all treatment strategies/care settings and infection control protocols while trying to cure this disease.Among them,nosocomial infection control protocols played important roles in fighting the COVID-19 epidemic.Our study aims to write a practical prevention and control management plan scientifically for medical staff by drawing upon national prevention&control guidelines and the consensus of clinical experts and combining with our own first-line treatment experience.The main content of the management plan in this study included perfecting the manage?ment system of the hospital control personnel,establishing a scientific management system,standardizing and refining the operation procedures,implementing supervision and quality control links,etc.The management plan we developed through institutionalization,standardized management and process control,timely monitoring of the feedback of the exist?ing problems and real-time improvements,has helped achieve our team′s goal of“zero infection”when applied in some hospitals in epidemic area.
