摘要
作为在网使用的设备,随着用户的需求而对其进行升级优化,不仅可以深入挖掘其剩余价值,即便在使用环境飞速发展的今天,不断贴近用户的产品始终具备一定的竞争力。主要以本地机顶盒升级为例,从技术方案、升级方案、维护等方面,融入以微信为载体的维护经验,提高产品竞争力的思考和总结。
As a device used online,upgrading and optimizing it with the needs of users can dig into its remaining value in depth,even today with the rapid development of the use environment,products that keep close to users always have a certain competitiveness.This paper takes the local set-top box upgrade as an example,from the technical scheme,upgrade scheme,maintenance and other aspects,to incorporate the maintenance experience of WeChat as a carrier,and to improve product competitiveness.
