摘要
施工中因人为因素、机器设备问题、材料质量、施工工艺方法、以及周边环境等各类复杂因素的影响,剪力墙临空面施工缝出现错台、蜂窝、麻面等质量缺陷,导致剪力墙临空面施工缝一次成型合格率不高。本文通过工程实例,采取3项措施,有效地解决了临空面施工缝质量缺陷问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Due to the influence of various complex factors such as human factors,machine equipment problems,material quality,construction process method,and surrounding environment,the construction seam of the shear wall overhanging surface presents quality defects such as slab staggering,honeycomb and pitted surface,resulting in a low qualification rate of the construction seam of the overhanging surface of the shear wall.In this paper,three measures are taken to solve the quality defects of the construction joints in the overhanging face,and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
