摘要
全面推进高职院校就业创业工作是稳经济、保民生、推动高职院校优质发展的重要指标。该文通过对高职医卫类专业毕业生就业创业教育情况的调研,分析其中存在的问题,提出突出医卫专业特色,构建职业生涯发展教育体系;突出医学技能创新,推进医卫专业创新创业教育改革;贴近学生需求,构建就业创业教育保障机制等高职医卫类专业就业创业教育的对策与建议,以提高医卫人才培养质量。
Promoting comprehensively the employment and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges is an important indicator to stabilize the economy, guarantee people’s livelihood and promote high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. Based on the investigation of the employment and entrepreneurship education of medicine and health graduates in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and proposes some suggestions, firstly, highlight the characteristics of medicine and health specialty and construct the education system of career development;secondly, emphasize the medical skill innovation and promote its innovation and entrepreneurship education reform;thirdly, meet the needs of students and establish the corresponding guarantee mechanism, in order to improve the quality of medicine and health personnel training.
