摘要
目的探讨糖尿病性白内障患者血清和泪液中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化脂质(lipid peroxide,LPO)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,TAC)等氧化应激指标的变化情况。方法通过采集患者和健康对照组中血清和泪液标本,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测样本中的SOD、LPO和TAC水平。结果糖尿病性白内障患者中血清和泪液中的SOD分别为(34.625±9.537)μU/L和(0.042±0.018)μU/L,均低于健康对照组中的(61.253±23.672)μU/L和(0.110±0.085)μU/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=18.256,13.514,P<0.05);血清及泪液LPO水平分别为(7.348±2.920)μmol/L和(1.423±0.481)μmol/L,高于对照组(5.125±1.376)μmol/L和(0.791±0.263)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.624,14.924,P<0.05);患者血清和泪液中TAC分别为(10.124±2.191)kU/L和(5.032±1.424)kU/L,低于健康对照组中的(16.854±4.515)kU/L和(9.453±2.511)kU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=17.819,16.713,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性白内障患者血清和泪液中SOD和TAC的水平下降,而LPO水平升高,氧化应激可能参与糖尿病性白内障发生发展进程。
Objective:To discuss the changes of the dynamic equilibrium of oxidative stress in serum and tear in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods:The SOD,LPO and TAC indexes in the samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorption assay by collecting serum and tear samples in patients and control groups.Results SOD in serum and tears in patients with diabetic cataract were(34.62±9.53)μU/L and(0.042±0.018)μU/Lwere lower than that in healthy controls of(61.25±23.67)μU/L and(0.11±0.085)μU/L,has statistically significant difference(t=18.2,13.5,P<0.05).The levels of LPO in serum and tear were(7.34±2.92)μmol/L and(1.42±0.48)μmol/L than those in healthy controls of(5.12±1.37)μmol/L and(0.79±0.26)μmol/L,has statistically significant difference(t=9.62,14.9,P<0.05).The TAC in serum and tear fluid were(10.12±2.19)kU/L and(5.03±1.42)kU/L,which was lower than those in the healthy control group of(16.85±4.51)kU/L and(9.45±2.51)kU/L.The difference was statistically significant(t=17.819,16.713,P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of SOD and TAC in serum and tear in patients with diabetic cataract decreased,while the level of LPO increased,and oxidative stress may participate in the development of diabetic cataract.
