摘要
河流相储层具有垂向叠置复杂、夹层发育、横向相变快及局部微构造发育等特点。受限于钻井设备的精度,在河流相储层水平井钻井过程中,地质和工程风险均较高。随钻地质建模技术能依据随钻测井资料和相关研究成果实时更新先期建立的地质模型,并结合钻时数据对测井模块未测到的岩性进行快速识别,依据模型判断钻头位置,保证钻头以最佳的前进轨迹穿过油层,最终达到提高水平段钻遇率和钻井总体效益的目的。将研究成果应用于埕岛油田北区水平井钻井过程中,完钻的5口水平井钻遇效果均优于方案预计水平,平均储层钻遇率达到86. 7%,有效提高了区块的开发效果。研究成果对于砂岩储层水平井地质导向具有较高的借鉴和应用价值。
The fluvial reservoir is featured by complex vertical superimposition,well development of interlayer,sharp lateral variation and development of local microstructure. The horizontal well drilling in the fluvial reservoir shows high geological and engineering risks due to the limitation of drilling equipment accuracy. Geology modeling while drilling is capable of updating the previous geology model in real time based on the logging data while drilling and other related data. The drilling time data can be combined to efficiently identify the lithology that cannot be characterized by the logging module. The drill bit position can be determined to ensure a optimal wellbore trajectory through reservoir,which finally increases the lateral section drilling encounter ratio and efficiency. This technology was applied to the horizontal well drilling in the northern part of Chengdao Oilfield,and the completed 5 horizontal wells indicate better performance than that of program design. The average drilling encounter ratio is up to 86. 7%,which effectively improve the block development performance. This research could provide certain reference and application value for the horizontal well geo-steering in sandstone reservoir.
