摘要
针对寒冷地区的地质情况进行分析,研究水泥土搅拌桩复合地基在寒冷地区的适用性。通过对水泥土搅拌桩复合地基进行静荷载试验,研究水泥土搅拌桩复合地基的承载力及沉降变形,验证该地区经优化后的地基处理方案的可行性。并采用造价软件建立模型进行经济合理性分析。研究表明,桩土应力随荷载增大,最终趋于稳定;当荷载达到一定水平后,复合地基承载性状和单桩趋于一致,荷载的理论计算值和荷载试验结果一致,平均沉降量为24.89 mm复合规范要求,并通过比对成本得出该工程采用水泥土搅拌桩复合地基造价经济合理。
The applicability of composite foundation with cement-soil mixing pile in cold area was studied.The bearing capacity and settlement deformation of the foundation were tested by static load test.The feasibility of the optimized foundation of this kind was verified.The economic rationality of it was also analyzed with cost estimating software.The results showed that the pile-soil stress tended to be stable with the increase of load.When the load reaches a certain level,the bearing behavior of the foundation tended to be consistent with that of single pile.The theoretical calculation value of the load was consistent with the load test result.The average settlement was 24.89 mm according to the composite code.By cost comparison,it is concluded that the foundation is economical and reasonable.
