摘要
介绍梳棉重定量条件下的工艺特点。实践中采取合理控制速度、隔距、气流等措施,能够解决重定量带来的梳理质量降低、纤维转移不畅、梳理不充分、纤维飞散、杂质清除不净等一系列问题,实现重定量条件下梳理质量的稳定提升。
The technological characteristics of heavy weight per unit carding process were introduced.In practice,it was found that the problems such as low carding quality,poor fiber transfer,insufficient carding,fiber scattering and poor impurity removal could be solved by reasonable speed,gauge and airflow so as to improve and stabilize the carding quality.
