A Study on Physicochemical Characteristics of Kitchen Waste in Shanghai

摘要 2019年在上海全市范围设点每月检测1次(全年12次)餐厨垃圾理化特性,包括容重、物理组分、含水率、重金属等指标,调查餐厨垃圾品质情况。结果显示,全市餐厨垃圾纯度总体较好,平均厨余类含量约为96.96%。且2019年下半年数值总体高于上半年,一定程度上表明上海市餐厨垃圾品质在逐步改善。餐厨垃圾含水率较高,平均约为76.85%,容重约为596kg/m^3,重金属中砷年均0.395mg/kg,硒年均0.070mg/kg,汞年均0.865mg/kg。2019年上海市共计有9个区域餐厨垃圾中厨余类含量高于全市水平,占比56%。尤其长宁区和虹口区厨余类含量均达到100.00%。提出了餐厨垃圾质量把控的相应建议。 Based on a citywide investigation in Shanghai in 2019,physical and chemical characteristics of kitchen waste were analysed including density,physical compositions,moisture content,heavy metal contents,and etc.It has shown that the kitchen waste collected in Shanghai contained about 96.96%of cooking trash on an average whilst the figure in the second half of 2019 was higher than that in the first half in general.It indicated that the quality of kitchen waste collected in Shanghai has gradually improved to some extent.The kitchen waste had fairly high water content of about 76.85%on an average,and its density was about 596kg/m^3.Heavy metal contents on an annual average herein amounted to 0.395mg/kg of arsenic,0.070mg/kg of selenium,and 0.865mg/kg of mercury.Cooking trash contents in kitchen waste collected from nine districts of Shanghai were higher than citywide average in 2019 accounting to 56%.In particular,there was up to 100%cooking trash in the kitchen waste collected in Changning and Hongkou Districts.Relevant suggestions to control the quality of kitchen waste have been given.
