摘要
目的分析血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)患者的临床特征、治疗策略及转归。方法选取2019年2月重庆医科大学附属第二医院收治的TTP患者1例,通过详细观察病案诊治经过,总结并分析可能的鉴别诊断等,从而总结TTP的临床特征、诊疗决策等。结果通过该病例总结出TTP的经典五联征,进一步掌握其诊断及治疗策略。结论血管性血友病因子裂解酶活性检测对诊断TTP具有临床意义,血浆置换可大大提高TTP患者生存率。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics,treatment strategy and outcome in the patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura(TTP).Methods One case of TTP was treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in February 2019.The clinical features,diagnosis and treatment decisions,etc.of TTP were summarized by observing the diagnosis and treatment process in detail,summarizing and analyzing the possible differential diagnosis.Results The classic pentagonal sign of TTP was summarized through this case,and the diagnosis and treatment strategy were further mastered.Conclusion The ADAMTS13 enzyme activity test has the clinical significance for the diagnosis of TTP,and the plasma exchange can greatly improve the survival rate of TTP patients.
