摘要
基于劳动教育对立德树人的积极作用以及高职院校学生对劳动教育认知不足的现实,广西现代职业技术学院大力开展系列劳动教育活动,通过深入挖掘民族传统文化、社会主义核心价值观中对劳动教育赋予的深刻内涵和蕴藏的独特方法,结合学生特点,总结提炼出以树立正确的劳动价值观、构建合理劳动教育模式、提升劳动技能三大实施路径。以角色扮演、情境体验为主要模式的劳动教育活动,切实提高了学生劳动教育的针对性和实效性,培养了学生自我管理、自我服务、自我教育的能力。
Based on the positive effect of labor education on cultivating people through moral education and the reality that vocational college students have insufficient cognition of labor education,Guangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College vigorously carries out a series of labor education activities.Through the in-depth excavation of national traditional culture,the profound connotation and the unique methods of labor education given in the core socialist values,combined with the characteristics of students,three implementation paths are extracted to establish correct labor values,construct reasonable labor education mode and improve labor skills.The labor education activities with role-playing and situational experience as the main mode have effectively improved the pertinence and effectiveness of students’labor education,and have cultivated students’ability of self-management,self-service and self-education.
