摘要
以CRH380型高速动车组为例介绍了车辆气密性设计的方法和过程。根据车辆气密性要求,提出了等效泄漏面积顶层指标的金字塔分解方法,将总体气密性指标分配到各个系统中。确定等效泄漏面积时,在充分保证车辆气密性要求的前提下,又考虑了车辆气密性对车体气动载荷的影响。最后,通过试验验证了产品气密性满足设计要求。
With CRH380 high speed multiple units as the example,the air-tightness design method and process are described.According to the air-tightness requirements of vehicles,the pyramid disassembly method of top indexes of equivalent leakage area is put forward,and the overall air-tightness indexes are distributed into various systems.In determination of equivalent leakage area,with the prerequisite of fully ensuring the air-tightness requirements of vehicles,the effect of air-tightness of vehicles on the aerodynamic load of carbody is considered.In the end,it is verified through testing that the air-tightness of the products has met the design requirements.
