摘要
目的:探讨群组看病及中医养生教育对痤疮瘢痕患者激光治疗效果及遵医行为的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年12月在笔者医院接受痤疮瘢痕激光治疗的320例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组(n=160)及对照组(n=160),对照组行皮肤科常规护理,观察组实施群组看病及中医养生教育,比较两组患者遵医行为、治疗效果、预后情况、治疗满意率。结果:观察组患者总有效率、治疗满意率高于对照组,而观察组中显效及有效患者复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后ECCA权重评分低于对照组,且痂皮自然脱落时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后用药依从性、就医依从性、生活管理、皮肤管理、饮食管理及遵医行为总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:群组看病及中医养生教育能有效提高痤疮瘢痕激光治疗患者的遵医行为,有利于面部痤疮瘢痕恢复,从而提高患者治疗效果及满意率。
Objective To investigate the effect of group medical treatment and TCM health education on the curative efficacy and compliance behavior of patients with acne scar laser treatment. Methods 320 patients who received laser treatment for acne scar in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into the observation group(n=160) and the control group(n=160) according to random number table. The control group patients were given routine dermatological care, and the observation group patients were given group medical treatment and TCM health education. The compliance behavior, treatment effect, prognosis and treatment satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and treatment satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the significant effective rate and recurrence rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The weight of ECCA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the time of escharectomy was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total scores of medication compliance, medical compliance, life management, skin management, diet management and medical compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Group medical treatment and TCM health education can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients with acne scar laser treatment, which is conducive to the recovery of facial acne scar, thus improving the patients’ treatment effect and satisfaction rate.
