摘要
【目的】观察短片藁本的生药学特征。【方法】采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别及薄层色谱方法对短片藁本进行鉴定研究。【结果】短片藁本药材根多分枝,皮部与木部常分离。根横切面皮层狭窄,有油管散在;粉末特征纤维多成束,淡黄色,有油管成管道状,内含黄棕色物。理化预试验结果显示,短片藁本主要含有蛋白质、皂苷、苷类、黄酮类、内酯、酚性成分、甾醇、萜类、挥发油、油脂、香豆素等成分;薄层色谱结果显示,昆明、丽江、大理、香格里拉等4个不同产地的短片藁本药材在相应位置上显示相同颜色的荧光斑点,重现性较好。【结论】所得结果可为短片藁本的鉴定、质量标准制定及进一步深入研究和开发利用提供一定的理论依据。
Objective To observe the pharmacognostic characteristics of Ligusticum brachylobum Franch. Methods The pharmacognostic characteristics of Ligusticum brachylobum Franch was given character identification,microscopic identification,physicochemical identification and thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method. Results Ligusticum brachylobum Franch roots had branches with separation between cortex and xylem. The root transverse section showed thin cortex and scattered tubing. The powder characteristics showed bundling fibers,faint yellow,and vittas in pipeline shape with yellowish-brown something containing. The results of preliminary physicochemical test showed that there mainly were proteins,saponins,glycosides,flavonoids,lactones,phenolic compounds,sterols, terpenes, volatile oils, greases, coumarins, and so on. TLC results showed that Ligusticum brachylobum Franch from Kunming, Lijiang, Dali, Xianggelila habitats had the same color spots in corresponding location,indicating good reproducibility. Conclusion The results provided certain theory basis for identification,quality standard establishment and the further research and development of Ligusticum brachylobum Franch.
