摘要 钛合金TC4是机械生产制造领域重要的材料,其生产质量和加工效率对机械制造业有着重要的影响。为减小钛合金TC4的加工磨损,提高其加工精度和生产效率,采用正交试验法对其切削参数进行优化,以获得最合理的切削参数。首先,对钛合金TC4的切削参数进行正交设计,然后建立钛合金的切削有限元模型,根据设计的切削参数进行切削仿真,最后确定最优切削参数。 Titanium alloy TC4 is an important material in the field of machinery manufacturing. In order to reduce the machining wear of titanium alloy TC4 and improve its machining accuracy and production efficiency,the orthogonal test method was used to optimize its cutting parameters to obtain the most reasonable cutting parameters. Firstly,the cutting parameters of titanium alloy TC4 were orthogonal designed. Then the cutting finite element model of titanium alloy was established and the cutting simulation was carried out according to the cutting parameters designed. Finally,the optimal cutting parameters were determined.
