摘要
采用文献计量学方法回顾2007年至2018年间中国知网、万方、维普数据库所收录的有关中药蜡疗临床护理应用文献,对中药蜡疗在护理中的应用进行统计分析。共纳入文献412篇,分布于197种期刊;发文量呈逐年上升趋势;发文机构以综合性医院为主;文献合作度较高,最高被引频次45次,总体被引频次较低;基金总体支持率较低;未形成一支稳定持久高效的核心作者群;主要应用对象为膝骨关节炎、脑卒中及其后遗症和类风湿关节炎的患者;不同蜡疗温度及蜡疗方法,其蜡疗效果也不同。因此,我们认为,中药蜡疗在临床中应用较广,且疗效确切,但相关研究缺乏严谨的科研设计和基金支持,希望未来研究者有针对性地进行改良,促进中医护理稳步健康发展。
To analyze the application status of wax therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical nursing in China,bibliometrics was used to review the literatures on the clinical nursing application of TCM wax therapy collected by cnki,wanfang and weipu databases from 2007 to 2018.412 articles were included,distributed in 197 journals.The amount of publication is increasing year by year.The publishing institutions were mainly general hospitals.Literature cooperation was high,with the highest citation frequency of 45 times.And the overall citation frequency was low.The fund’s overall support rate is low;Not forming a stable,lasting and efficient core group of writers;The main application objects are knee osteoarthritis,stroke and its sequelae and rheumatoid arthritis patients;Different wax treatment temperature and wax treatment method,the wax treatment effect is different.We believe wax therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in clinical practice and its curative effect is definite.However,relevant researches lack rigorous scientific research design and fund support.It is hoped that future researchers can carry out targeted improvement and promote the steady and healthy development of TCM nursing.
