摘要
输电线路杆塔地脚螺栓是连接杆塔主体和基础的重要构件,由于地脚螺帽被其他塔材阻挡,作业面小,管钳或扳手难以卡紧螺帽而无法紧固螺帽,施工人员不得不使用大锤敲击螺帽的方式紧固地脚螺帽,容易造成螺帽变形、伤及地脚螺杆,甚至导致整个基础作废.该方法采用自动液压扳手,预设地脚螺栓紧固工艺参数,实现在狭小作业空间产生紧固力矩,并对紧固力矩精确控制,保证地脚螺栓的紧固质量,增强输电线路杆塔的安全性.
