低温条件下钢结构焊接质量控制

摘要 钢结构作为现阶段常用建筑材料,其焊接质量在一定程度上直接影响工程的整体质量和施工效率。研究表明在低温操作环境中进行焊接,加热不均会产生残留应力,进而对钢的整体结构部件产生极其不利影响。本文依托福山基地标准化厂房项目二标段江铃新能源汽车总装车间钢结构焊接作业,介绍了现阶段低温焊接的常见问题,并对其优化措施进行了综合分析。确保了焊接质量,为类似焊接项目提供了参考。 As a common building material,the welding quality of steel structure has a direct impact on the overall quality and construction efficiency of the project to a certain extent.The results show that welding in low temperature environment will produce residual stress,which will have a very adverse effect on the whole structure of steel.Based on the steel structure welding operation of Jiangling new energy vehicle assembly workshop in the second bid section of Fushan base standardization plant project,this paper introduces the common problems of low temperature welding at this stage,and comprehensively analyzes the optimization measures.It ensures the welding quality and provides reference for similar welding projects.
