摘要
近10年来,由于我国初中生的体质呈持续下降趋势,特别是初中生的中长跑测试成绩的下降趋势明显,这就说明初中生的耐力素质逐渐变差。本文旨在这个背景下,结合笔者和其他体育老师的教学经验,为提高初中生的耐力素质提出一些教学方法,主要是:加强思想教育,明确体育目标;教学方法多样,寓教于乐;从兴趣着手,无形中提高耐力素质;进行心理训练,提高学生自信心,挖掘学生潜能;适时进行一般耐力和速度耐力练习等。教师可依据以上几种方法结合教学实际情况,来逐步提高学生的耐力素质。
In recent ten years,the physique of junior middle school students in our country shows a continuous decline trend.Long distance test results of junior middle school students have a special significant decline trend,which indicates that the endurance quality of the students is getting worse.In this background,the paper aims to put forward some teaching methods for improving junior middle school students’ physical endurance quality by combining the teaching experience of the author and other PE teachers.The teaching methods are various,mainly focusing on teaching in fun and virtually improving endurance quality by encouraging the students to start from their interest.Furthermore,Parallel with psychological training so as to improve the students’ self-confidence and dig up the potential of the students.Last but not least,do general endurance properly and timely as well as speed endurance exercises and so on.According to the above,several methods can be combined with the actual situation of teaching so that gradual improvement of the students’ endurance quality can be achieved.
