摘要
培育“两懂一爱”高素质、高技能的新型职业农民是推进江苏农业现代化的保证,也是实现乡村振兴的必由之路。通过江苏农牧科技职业学院新型职业农民培育工作进程,了解江苏省新型职业农民培育现状,分析新型职业农民培育供给侧出现的问题和面临的困境,并在此基础上提出了加强新型职业农民培育的顶层设计、推进课程改革、加快资源库建设、构建新型培育体系、营建优良的政策环境等建议。
Cultivating high-quality and high-skilled new-type professional farmers with“two understandings and one love”is the guarantee to promote agricultural modernization in Jiangsu and the only way to realize rural revitalization.Through the process of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Jiangsu Agrianimal Husbandry Vocational College,the current situation of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Jiangsu Province was introduced.The problems and difficulties in the supply side of cultivating new-type professional farmers were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward to strengthen the top-level design of cultivating new-type professional farmers,to promote curriculum reform,to speed up the construction of resource pool,to build a new-type cultivation system,and to build a good policy environment.
