摘要
职业教育“名师工作室”是职业学校教师个体成长、群体发展的重要平台。但因对其本质认识存在偏差,导致出现诸如有精神领袖、无精神共鸣,空有其“室”、“名”不副实,场域受限、裹足难前,“普教”明显、“职教”未显等问题。职业教育“名师工作室”的本质是职业教育信仰共同体、“守破离”实践共同体、公益性服务共同体、共生的命运共同体。要发挥职业教育“名师工作室”的价值,应从“学习型组织”的构建入手,通过形成“核心互补式团体”,生成“理论-实践-反思”路径,逐步回归其“共同体”本质。
“The famous teacher studio”in vocational education is an important platform for individual growth and group development of teachers in vocational schools.But because of the deviation of its essence,it has many problems such as having spiritual leader but no spiritual resonance,having an“empty room”,the field being limited,“general education”being obvious but“vocational education”not obvious,and so on.The essence of vocational education“famous teacher studio”is the belief community of vocational education,the practice community of“keeping and breaking away”,the community of public welfare service,and the community of symbiotic destiny.In order to give full play to the value of“famous teacher studio”in vocational education,we should start with the construction of“learning organization”,form“core complementary group”,form“theory-practice-reflection”path,and gradually return to its“community”essence.
