摘要
文章调查了新时代华东、华南、西南、华中、华北、西北等六个地区地方院校大学生的生育观,重点分析了新时代大学生的生育意愿及其影响因素。研究表明,新时代大学生对国家严峻的人口形势有一定的认识,比较认同"全面二孩"的人口国策,生育意愿比较契合国家的人口政策。国家及时出台鼓励生育政策,社会及早摆脱节育惯性的制约,大学加强人口专题教育,联动实施"银发育婴"计划,可促进新时代大学生愿生、多生二孩。
This study investigates bearing ideas of local college students living in the new era in six regions: East, South, Southwest, Central, North and Northwest China. This paper focuses on the analysis of the bearing desire and influential factors of college students in the new era. Research shows that college students have had a certain understanding of the country’s severe population situation and relatively approved of the "universal two-child" population policy. Meanwhile, their bearing desire is also relatively in line with national population policy. But there is still a long way to go to make college students to have more children: first, the state should timely introduce policies to encourage childbirth;second, the society should get rid of the restriction of birth control inertia as soon as possible;third, universities should strengthen population-specific education;and last, the whole country and the household should jointly implement the "Silver Baby Development" program.
