摘要
为提高备件保障效率,论文依照模糊层次分析法的分析流程构建备件需求预测模型。首先结合05式两栖装甲装备的备件保障特点确定评语集与评价因素集,随后构建模糊一致性评判矩阵、计算指标权重,并对评判结果进行分析。最后进行算例分析,对濒海训练情况下两栖装甲装备的操纵系统的部件备件需求进行分析预测,验证了模型的适用性。
In order to improve spare parts guarantee efficiency,this paper constructs a spare parts demand forecasting model according to the analytical process of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.First,the evaluation set and evaluation factor set are determined by combining the spare parts support characteristics of type 05 amphibious armored equipment,then the fuzzy consistency evaluation matrix is constructed,the index weight is calculated,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Finally,an example is given to analyze and predict the component and spare parts requirements of the control system of type 05 amphibious armored equipment under the condition of littoral training,and the applicability of the model is verified.
