雨课堂教学模式在眼科学本科教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨和评价嵌入雨课堂智慧模式的教学方法在临床医学专业眼科学本科见习教学中的应用。方法研究对象为西安交通大学医学院2014级临床医学专业本科眼科见习生,共230人随机分为实验组(115人)和对照组(115人),选取视网膜脱离课程进行讲授。嵌入雨课堂的智慧教学模式为实验组,传统PPT讲授式教学模式作为对照组。对两种教学模式的教学效果采用临床见习考核以及调查问卷的方式进行评价。结果实验组学生眼科学临床见习的考核成绩平均分为(88.58±4.13)分,对照组为(83.69±3.38)分,两组成绩之间的差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。此外,通过对回收的问卷调查分析发现,实验组学生在"学习能力提高"和"理论及实践知识掌握"等方面均优于对照组,两组之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论嵌入雨课堂智慧模式的教学方法在临床医学专业眼科学本科见习教学中的使用效果良好,可提高学生的理论知识水平及临床实践能力。 Objective To explore and evaluate the application of the teaching method embedded in the rain classroom wisdom mode in the clinical clerkship of ophthalmology for clinical medicine undergraduate. Methods A total of 230 undergraduate students in the 2014 clinical medicine major of Xi’an Jiaotong University were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group(115 persons) and control group(115 persons), and selected retinal detachment courses to teach. The experimental group were received the wisdom teaching mode embedded in the rain classroom, and the control group were received the traditional PPT teaching mode. The teaching effects of the two teaching modes are evaluated by means of clinical appraisal assessment and questionnaires. Results The scores of the clinical clerkship of the experimental group were(88.58±4.13) points and the control group were(83.69±3.38) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In addition, through the questionnaire survey of the recovery, it was found that the students in the experimental group were better than the control group in terms of "enhanced learning ability" and "theory and practical knowledge mastery". The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The teaching method embedded in the rain classroom wisdom mode has a good effect in the clinical clerkship of ophthalmology for clinical medicine undergraduate teaching which can improve the students’ theoretical knowledge level and clinical practice ability.
