摘要
中高职"3+3"分段培养模式,是江苏省推进"职业教育创新发展试验区"的有益尝试。江苏省锡山中等专业学校开展中高职衔接项目已有7年,在此过程中,各校管理层高度重视,管理措施到位,科学设计转段方案,中高职教师之间注重互动交流,衔接项目取得较好效果。但项目实施过程中也存在中高职衔接项目人才培养目标区分度低、课程体系架构不够合理、转段考核制度有待理清等问题,还需要进一步以全面发展理论为指导,科学制定人才培养方案,系统架构课程体系,整体设计、分段实施专业课程,构建科学合理的转段制度。
The "3+3" training mode in stages between secondary and higher vocational schools is a beneficial attempt to create an "experimental area for innovative development of vocational education", which is highly related to policies of Jiangsu Education Department. Xishan Secondary Vocational School in Jiangsu Province has been carrying out the connection project of secondary and higher vocational education for 7 years. In this process, the leadership of each school attaches great importance to it, the management measures are in place, the transfer scheme has been designed scientifically, and the interaction between the teachers of secondary and higher vocational education is emphasized, and good results has been achieved in the connection project. However, there are some problems in the implementation of the project, such as the low differentiation of talent training objectives, the unreasonable curriculum system structure, and the transfer assessment system to be clarified. It is also necessary to further take the comprehensive development theory as the guidance, scientifically formulate talent training programs, systematically construct the curriculum system, overall design and implement professional courses by sections, and build a scientific and reasonable transfer system.
