摘要
目的:评价临床对动静脉内瘘皮下血肿患者应用芒硝联合95%酒精湿敷的护理意义,旨在减轻患者痛苦,提高护理效果及尿毒症生存质量。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年5月期间在高州市中医院住院的60例动静脉内瘘皮下血肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组及对照组,各30例。实验组应用芒硝联合95%酒精湿敷护理治疗,对照组应用传统冷热疗法护理治疗。通过记录并分析两组患者湿敷效果、血肿消退的时间、血管弹性恢复程度、缓解患者疼痛及并发症,以评估芒硝联合95%酒精湿敷对动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的效果。结果:实验组的湿敷效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);实验组的血肿消退时间、疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均 P<0.05);于对照组比较,实验组的血管弹性恢复程度得到明显提高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);实验组的并发症事件少于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:临床对动静脉内瘘皮下血肿患者应用芒硝联合95%酒精湿敷,具有操作技术简便易行,促进血肿消肿、血管弹性恢复的优势,且并发症少,安全性较高,可缓解患者生理上及心理上疼痛感,依从性高。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the application of mirabilite combined with 95% alcohol wet compress in patients with arteriovenous subcutaneous hematoma, aiming at reducing the pain of patients, improving the nursing effect and the quality of life of uremia.Methods A total of 60 cases of subcutaneous hematoma with arteriovenous internal fistula hospitalized in Gaozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases of each group.The experimental group was treated with mirabilite combined with 95% alcohol wet compress, and the control group was treated with traditional cold and heat therapy.The effect of wet compress, time of hematoma regression, degree of vascular elasticity recovery, pain relief and complications were recorded and analyzed in the two groups to evaluate the effect of mirabilite combined with 95% alcohol wet compress on subcutaneous hematoma in arteriovenous internal fistula.Results The wet compress effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The hematoma regression time and pain degree in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the recovery degree of vascular elasticity in the experimental group was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complications in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical application of mirabilite combined with 95% alcohol wet compress for the patients with subcutaneous hematoma in arteriovenous internal fistula has the advantages of simple and easy operation technique, promoting the reduction of hematoma and the recovery of vascular elasticity, with fewer complica
