摘要
农村老年人养老和居住满意度越来越受到关注。以北京市10个区县14个镇30个村的农村老年人口为研究对象,通过实地问卷量表调查,收集个人和家庭特征、房屋状况、社区状况、政策评价等变量数据,构建老年人养老居住满意度的多元线性回归模型,利用SPSS 23.0统计软件进行统计分析,得出北京农村老年人居住满意度及其主要影响因素。并针对研究结果提出提高农村老年人养老居住满意度的政策建议。
With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the pension mode of the elderly people and their residential satisfaction are drawn more attention than ever.The lack of study in the living condition of the rural elderly indicates the trend and need in rural areas.Based on the rural elderly from 10 districts,14 towns and 30 villages in Beijing,the relevant data,including the personal and family characteristics,housing conditions,community conditions and policy evaluation,are collected.By using SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis,the multiple linear regression model of residential satisfaction is established,and the residential satisfaction and its influencing factors are analyzed.The policy suggestions are put forward according to the research results.
