摘要 通过对浙江省高职院校444位教师进行问卷调查,运用因子分析、回归模型计量等分析了浙江省高职院校教师参与乡村振兴的意愿及影响因素。为促进地方高校对接乡村“五个振兴”战略,政府、高职院校应该加大对教师参与乡村振兴支持力度,建立校地合作运行机制,打造利益相关者命运共同体,高校建立创新体制,出台有力考核政策,提高高职教师长期参与乡村振兴的积极性。 Through a questionnaire survey of 444 teachers in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the willingness of teachers to participate in Rural Revitalization and its influencing factors by factor analysis and regression model measurement.In order to promote local colleges and universities to connect with the"Five Revitalization"strategy of rural areas,the government and higher vocational colleges should improve the enthusiasm of higher vocational teachers'long-term participation in the revitalization of rural areas by establishing a school-land cooperation operation mechanism,creating a community of shared interests of stakeholders,establishing an innovation system and issuing a strong assessment policy.
