摘要 当今数控机床运用PLC技术有了长足的进步,尤其在机械加工行业,通过运用PLC技术,构建数据机床控制工作系统,不仅有效提高了机床控制效率,而且直接影响其加工效率,有助于提升数控机床运行精度及稳定性。本文以某工厂数控机床PLC运用为研究对象,通过系统分析与PLC有关的故障特点,重点论述了在机械加工单位使用数控机床过程中,与PLC有关的故障检测方法,并提出相应的维修方法,以供同行参考。 Nowadays,numerically-controlled machine tools have made great progress in the use of PLC technology,especially in the mechanical processing industry,through the use of PLC technology,the construction of data machine tool control system not only effectively improve the control efficiency of the machine tool,and directly affect its processing efficiency,which is helpful to improve the running accuracy and stability of numerically-controlled machine tools.In this paper,taking PLC application of numerically-controlled machine tools in a factory as the research object,the fault detection method related to PLC in the process of using numerically-controlled machine tools in machining unit is emphatically discussed through systematic analysis of the fault characteristics related to PLC,and put forward the corresponding maintenance method for peer reference.
