摘要
近年来,在市场人才需求不断增加推动下,我国高职院校的教育设施和各项资源更新消耗也不断增加,这给其采购部门带来了极大的压力。目前我国高职院校所实行的是政府采购制度。本文首先介绍了政府采购制度,然后阐述了高职院校采购管理的理论依据,最后结合当前高职院校采购管理的现状提出政府采购制度下如何有效提高高职院校采购管理水平的要点。
In recent years,driven by the increasing demand for talents in the market,the consumption of educational facilities and resources in Chinese higher vocational colleges is also increasing,which also brings great pressure to their procurement departments.What higher vocational schools in our country implement at present is the government procurement system.This paper first introduces the government procurement system,then elaborates the theoretical basis of procurement management in higher vocational colleges,and finally,combining with the current situation of procurement management in higher vocational colleges,proposes how to effectively improve the level of procurement management in higher vocational colleges under the government procurement system.
