显微图像法检测芪术玄参微粉粒度的试验 被引量:1

摘要 采用显微图像法检测芪术玄参微粉的粒度。研究了分散介质、分散方式、粉末与分散介质之间的比例、分散时间等因素对检测方法的影响,筛选出适合芪术玄参微粉显微图像法测粒径的适宜分散介质、分散方式、比例及时间。结果建立的粒度检测方法稳定可行。表明制定了芪术玄参微粉的粒度检测标准,即确定平均每个视野长径大于48μm的颗粒个数不得超过5个,大于75μm的粒子个数不得超过2个。 To study particle size of Qishuxuanshen micropowder by microscopic image.The influence of dispersing medium,dispersing mode,proportion of powder and dispersing medium and dispersing time on the detection method were studied in this experiment.Determined the suitable dispersing medium,dispersing mode,proportion and time for the Qishuxuanshen micropowder.Results showed that the method of granularity detection is stable and feasible.We developed a standard size measurement of Qishuxuanshen micropowder.It is determined that the average number of particles with the average length of each field greater than 48μm is not more than five,and greater than 75μm is not more than two.
