摘要
通过对吉林大学校史馆服务情况的具体分析,为该校校史馆的有效利用和用户满意度的提升提供参考。依据创新扩散理论,就吉林大学校史馆的服务情况,从相对优势、兼容性、复杂性、可试性、可观察性进行分析,并据此提出相应的优化措施。依据创新的5个属性,得出校史馆服务优化策略,包括开展特色服务、服务实践活动、重视利用体验、加强风险预估、扩展推广途径等,为校史馆相关的理论研究以及校史馆工作的实践活动提供借鉴。
Through the specific analysis of the promotion of the History Museum of Jilin University, it provides a reference for the effective use of the History Museum and the improvement of user satisfaction. Based on the theory of innovation diffusion, the promotion of Jilin University History Museum was analyzed from the comparative advantages, compatibility, complexity, testability, and observability. Then the author proposed the corresponding optimization measures. Based on the five attributes of innovation, an optimization strategy for the use of the university history museum was derived, including carrying out special services, serving practice activities, emphasizing the use experience, strengthening risk estimation and expanding the promotion channels. And it can provide reference for the theoretical research and practical activities of the university history museum.
