摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情发展至今,全国开始开展复工复产。各级医院在做好COVID-19防控工作的同时,也已逐步恢复日常的诊疗工作。其中择期手术涉及麻醉科、手术科室及辅助科室等众多相关科室。如何在开展择期手术的同时做好COVID-19的防治工作,避免交叉感染,成为麻醉科(含手术室)感染控制工作的重中之重。中华医学会麻醉学分会组织专家共同讨论,综合各项疫情防控指导文件,总结COVID-19防控期间开展择期手术的预案管理及建议供医务人员参考。
With the prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) epidemic, China begins to resume work and production gradually. Hospitals at all levels resume the routine diagnosis and treatment while properly preventing and controlling the epidemic of COVID-19. Among those treatments, the resumption of elective surgeries involves many departments such as the department of anesthesiology, specialized surgical departments and the auxiliary departments. It becomes the top priority for the department of anesthesiology(including operating room) to properly conduct the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 while resuming the elective surgery and avoiding the cross-infection within the hospitals. Chinese Society of Anesthesiology organized the experts to review and discuss the official documents, consensus statements, and expert perspectives about the epidemic prevention and control, summarized the prediction scheme management of anesthesia for elective surgeries during the epidemic of COVID-19, for the reference of the anesthesia colleagues.
