摘要
目的:探讨清肝利胆口服液治疗新生儿黄疸胆红素的临床疗效分析。方法:研究对象选取我院2017年1月-10月间我院儿科接诊的新生儿黄疸90例,随机分为研究组和对照组各45例。入院后,所有患儿均采取保暖、供能等对症支持以及蓝光治疗,对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组在此基础上,再给予用清肝利胆口服液治疗,比较两组患儿的临床指标及综合疗效。结果:研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),显著高于对照组(80.00%)(36/45)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的总胆红素(Total Bilirubin,TBIL)、间接胆红素(Indirect Bilirubin,IBIL)均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),其中研究组的两种指标下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01);研究组患儿的日均胆红素下降值显著高于对照组(P<0.01),黄疸消退时间、蓝光治疗时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。此外,两组患儿治疗后的各项免疫指标均明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),其中研究组的血清免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)M和补体C3明显大于对照组(P<0.01),而IgA、IgG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清肝利胆口服液可显著提高新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗疗效,降低患儿TBIL、IBIL水平,提高免疫能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Qinggan Lidan oral liquid(清肝利胆口服液)on bilirubin in jaundice infants.Methods:90 cases were selected and randomly divided into the study group and control group,45 cases in each.After admission,all children received symptomatic support such as warmth and energy supply,as well as blue light treatment.The control group was treated with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria enteric-coated capsules.The study group was treated with the Qinggan Lidan oral liquid more.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The TBIL and IBIL in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and those in the study group were more decreased than the control group(P<0.01).The average daily bilirubin reduction value in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and the jaundice was subsided.The blue light treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01).In addition,the immune parameters in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01).The IgM and complement C3 in the study group were significantly larger than those in the control group(P<0.01),while the IgA and IgG showed no significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Qinggan Lidan oral liquid can significantly improve efficacy,reduce the levels of TBIL and IBIL in infants,and improve immune ability,which is worthy of clinical application.
