摘要
目的:探讨中医临床六辨其中之辨病因、辨病位和辨病性的重要临床意义。方法:首先明确中医辨病因、辨病位和辨病性的概念,以中医临床基础学科观点为切入点,以名医经验为借鉴,阐明中医临床六辨之辨病因、辨病位和辨病性。结果:中医临床六辨之辨病因、辨病位和辨病性是中医临床分析疾病的重要步骤,为辨证论治提供重要的基础,是中医的临床基本功,深刻地指导着中医的临床。结论:中医临床六辨之辨病因、辨病位和辨病性是中医临床不可或缺的部分,初步总结中医临床六辨之辨病因、辨病位和辨病性,为中医临床的辨证论治提供一定的路径。
Objective:To explore the important clinical significance of differentiation of etiology,disease location and disease nature among the Liubian(六辨)in TCM.Methods:Firstly,the concepts of etiology,disease location and disease differentiation of TCM were defined.Based on the clinical basic discipline of TCM and the experience of famous doctors,the etiology,disease location and disease differentiation of TCM were clarified.Results:It is an important step of TCM clinical analysis to distinguish the etiology,disease location and disease nature in Liubiansssss,which provides an important basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment,is the basic clinical skill of TCM,and guides the clinical practice of TCM deeply.Conclusion:The differentiation of etiology,disease location and disease nature is an indispensable part of the clinical practice in TCM.
