摘要
文章从人、机、料、法、环五方面介绍了烟草企业如何落实安全用电责任,如何加强电气作业人员、电气设备安全性能、电气设备日常运行管理。从入厂关、培训关、审批关、监管关等四方面阐述了如何加强相关方临时用电作业管理,加强风险预判,有效规避电气安全事故,确保职工安全,企业可持续发展。
From the five aspects of human,machine,material,law and ring,this paper introduces how to implement the responsibility of safe power use in tobacco enterprises,and how to strengthen the safety performance of electrical operators,the safety performance of electrical equipment and the daily operation management of electrical equipment.From the four aspects of entering the factory,training,examination and approval,and supervision,this paper expounds how to strengthen the temporary electricity operation management of the relevant parties,strengthen the risk prediction,effectively avoid electrical safety accidents,and ensure the safety of workers and the sustainable development of the enterprise.
