摘要
当今我国高校在册大学生数量庞大,经调查,天津师范大学学生年均购物额为1300元左右。电商行业快速发展的同时,快递的配送和“最后一公里取件”问题日益成为人们的痛点。尤其是校园快递管理不规范造成的问题日益凸显。调查了以天津师范大学为主的一众天津高校,分析了当下校园快递代取乱象的特征及产生原因,最终提出了基于手机APP的新型快递代取解决方案,并进行了可行性分析。
Today,china's university registered college students a large number of students,the national university students annual shopping amount of about 1300 yuan.At the same time as the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,the delivery of express delivery and the last kilometer pick-up problem has increasingly become a point of pain.In particular,the problemcause of irregular management of campus express delivery is becoming more and more prominent.This paper investigates a group of Tianjin universities,mainly Tianjin Normal University,and analyzes the characteristics and causes of the current campus express pick-up disorder,finally puts forward a new type of express pick-up solution based on mobile phone APP,and carries on the feasibility analysis.
