摘要
目的探讨使用泪道引流管治疗泪道阻塞的方法及效果。方法选取201601-201801月在我院眼科接受治疗的150例泪道阻塞患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组给予0.8 mm硬膜外麻醉管置管术治疗,观察组给予硅胶管治疗,观察2组患者的治疗效果及随访情况。结果2组患者经手术治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);对患者进行3月随访,观察组患者相关并发症总发生率为2.67%,且无复发情况,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用硅胶管治疗泪道阻塞的效果显著,愈后良好,值得临床推广、应用。
Objective To explore the method and effect of using lacrimal drainage tube to treat lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods 150 patients with lacrimal passage obstruction from January 2016 to January 2018 who were treated in ophthalmology department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75).Patients in the control group were treated with 0.8mm epidural anesthesia tube placement,while patients in the observation group were treated with silicone tube.Observe the pa⁃tient's treatment effect and follow-up prognosis.Results After the patients were treated with surgery,the total effective rate of the ob⁃servation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patients were followed up for 3 months.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.67%,and there was no recurrence,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a siliconetube for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction has a significant effect and a good prognosis,worthy of clinical promotion and Application.
