摘要
离子液脱硫技术因其具有脱硫效率高、自动化程度高、无二次污染物等优势,作为一种新型的脱硫技术被越来越广泛的应用到冶炼行业,用以冶炼烟气中二氧化硫的治理。公司某冶炼项目中,为处理冶炼过程中的环集烟气,新建了一套离子液脱硫系统,设计烟气最大处理量为320000 Nm3/h,处理后的排放尾气中SO2≤100mg/Nm3,含尘≤80mg/Nm3,目前该脱硫系统已投入使用。本文以离子液脱硫系统使用初期存在的问题及应对措施进行论述。
As a new desulphurization technology,Ionic desulphurization technology is widely used in smelting industry for its vantages of high desulphurization efficiency,high automation and no secondary pollutants.In a smelting project of the company,a new ion liquid desulphurization system was built to treat the ring flue gas during smelting.The maximum treatment volume of the flue gas was 320000 Nm3/h,S02≤100 mg/Nm3 in the treated exhaust gas was designed.The desulfurization system is currently in use with dust ≤ 80 mg/Nm3.In this paper,the problems in the initial use of Ionic desulfurization system and the countermeasures are discussed.
