摘要
目的探究低中频电子脉冲治疗仪联合自拟方头痛补脑汤治疗脑出血恢复期的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的50例脑出血患者,随机分为对照组(n=25,在常规治疗基础上使用低中频电子脉冲治疗仪)和观察组(n=25,在对照组基础上联合自拟方头痛补脑汤),对比两组患者治疗前后运动功能、日常生活能力及治疗后并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者运功功能评分和日常生活能力评分比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组患者运功功能评分和日常生活能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者并发症发生率(8.00%)明显低于对照组(32.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低中频电子脉冲治疗仪联合自拟方头痛补脑汤治疗脑出血优势明显,不仅能有效改善患者的运动功能和日常生活能力,还能降低并发症发生率,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-medium frequency electronic pulse therapy instrument combined with self-made formula headache headache brain decoction for the recovery of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 50 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=25, using a low-medium frequency electronic pulse therapy device based on conventional treatment) and observation group(n=25, on the basis of the control group, a self-made formula of headache-reinforcing brain and decoction was used) to compare motor function, daily living ability and post-treatment complications of the two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of exercise function and daily life ability between the two groups. After treatment, the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of exercise function scores and daily living ability scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of complications in the observation group(8.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(32.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The low-medium frequency electronic pulse therapy instrument combined with self-made Fang headache Bu Nao Tang has obvious advantages in treating cerebral hemorrhage. It can not only effectively improve the patient’ s motor function and daily life ability, but also reduce the incidence of complications.
