摘要
目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕憩室(PCSD)切除缝合和折叠缝合术的效果。方法根据不同术式将郑州大学第一附属医院2016-06-2018-06间收治的54例剖宫产术后PCSD患者分为A组(25例)和B组(29例),分别行宫腹腔镜联合PCSD切除缝合和折叠缝合术。回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果B组手术用时及术中出血量明显少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者术后首次肛门排气时间、月经恢复效果,以及宫内妊娠率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合PCSD切除缝合术和折叠缝合术治疗剖宫产术后PCSD,均有良好的效果,可依据术者的经验进行选择。
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopy combined with cesarean section of uterine incision scar diverticulum(PCSD) incision suture and folding suture.Methods The 54 patients admitted to the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university after caesarean section from 2016-06 to 2018-06 were divided into A group(25 cases) and B group(29 cases) according to different surgical procedures. hysteroscopy combined with PCSD resection and suture and folding suture were performed respectively. the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The operative time and intraoperative bleeding volume of B group were significantly less than that of A group(P<0.05). between the two groups, there was no significant difference in postoperative the first anal exhaust time, menstrual recovery effect, and intrauterine pregnancy rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Uterine laparoscopy combined with PCSD resection and suture and folding suture have good effect in the treatment of PCSD, after cesarean section, which can be selected according to the experience of the operator.
