摘要
根据工程实例,针对陶土板幕墙的平整度、垂直度以及装配质量等重难点问题,提出了基于不锈钢龙骨架加工、复查和安装等方面的相应保证措施,立足于设计人员与深化设计两个角度,优化了前期技术准备工作,明确了幕墙结构初步施工图设计要点,依据现场施工特点,将幕墙结构工程划分为内圈、外圈及遮阳板等工程三大部分,采取由下而上的安装方式,确定了由东面开始沿逆时针方向的施工顺序,最后从整体放线、不锈钢龙骨与立柱及陶土面板的安装等方面,明确了陶土板幕墙结构工艺操作流程及施工管控要点。
According to the practical engineering,in view of the clay plate curtain wall flatness,squareness and assembly quality heavy difficult problem,is proposed based on stainless steel dragon bones processing,review and installation of the corresponding guarantee measures. Based on the designer and the deepening of the design,the preliminary technical preparation work was optimized,and the design key points of the preliminary construction drawing of the curtain wall structure were defined. According to the characteristics of site construction,the curtain wall structure is divided into three parts: inner ring,outer ring and sunshade.Finally,from the overall line,stainless steel keel and column,and the installation of ceramic panels,and other aspects,clear ceramic plate curtain wall structure technology operation process and construction control points.
