摘要
通过清华大学某图书馆项目的工程实例,从2方面分析高校基建项目设计管理的复杂性与特殊性,结合实例具体分析项目设计管理过程中的关键技术控制,提出了通过改进重要技术管理文件:方案设计任务书模板和初步设计任务书模板,实现设计管理的专业化和精细化的管理方式。
This paper analyzes the complexity and particularity of the design and management of university infrastructure projects from two aspects through an example of a library project in Tsinghua University. Based on the analysis of the key technical control in the process of project design management, this paper puts forward the management mode of realizing the specialization and refinement of design management by improving the important technical management documents: the template of scheme design assignment and the template of preliminary design assignment.
