六味地黄汤药饼在隔物灸过程中药饼量衰减变化的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过观察隔药饼灸治疗过程中药饼量的衰减变化为临床隔物灸应用提供保效思路和方法。方法:选用24只大耳白兔,随机分为隔药饼灸1壮组、2壮组、3壮组,每组8只。每组均选取神阙、肾俞(右)和足三里(右)穴,隔日1次,共灸5次,观察艾灸治疗后各穴位药饼的消耗量。用热电偶探针和温度记录仪记录实时温度,最高温度设定为50℃。结果:3组药饼消耗量肾俞高于神阙与足三里(P<0.01);在相同穴位,3壮组药饼消耗量高于2壮组(P<0.01),2壮组高于1壮组(P<0.01)。结论:隔药饼灸在不同穴位药饼消耗量不同,壮数越多,药饼消耗量越多。 Objective:To provide a method and effective ideas for clinical treatment of indirect moxibustion by observing the attenuation of the amount of herbal cake-partitioned moxibustion during treatment. Methods:24 white rabbits with large ears,8 in each group,were selected and divided into 1 Zhuang,2 Zhuang and 3 Zhuang groups.Acupoints [Shenque CV8,Shenshu(R)BL23 and Zusanli(R)ST36]were selected to observe the changes in the amount of medicinal cake consumed at each point during treatment,once every other day for five times. Real-time temperature values were recorded using a thermocouple probe and a temperature logger,with the maximum temperature setting at 50 ℃. Results:The before-and-after difference in the amount of medicinal cake at different acupuncture points showed that the amount of medicinal cake consumed at BL23(Shenshu)was higher than that at CV8(Shenque)and ST36(Zusanli),P<0.01;while the consumption of medicinal cake in 3 Zhuang group was higher than that in 2 Zhuang group(P<0.01)and 2 Zhuang group was higher than that in 1 Zhuang group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The different Zhuang of herbal cake-partitioned moxibustion and different acupoints cause different consumption of medicinal cake. The more Zhuang numbers,the greater the consumption of medicinal cake.
