摘要 蔬菜产业质量升级是乡村振兴下农业强的重要内容、农民富的切实体现和农村美的重要抓手。近年来,享有“中国蔬菜第一县”之称的山东聊城莘县,通过推行集中连片规模种植、健全科技服务网络体系、完善全程全域蔬菜质量监管体系、挖掘蔬菜产业文化功能等,在推动蔬菜产业质量升级方面积累了有益经验。为了更好的实施乡村振兴战略,使蔬菜产业成为“农业强,农村美,农民富”的多功能载体,成为乡村振兴的内生力量,需要推动蔬菜产业质量升级,从增产导向转向竞争力导向。通过拉伸产业链,优化价值链,加快绿色化,发展“蔬菜+”新业态,强化拓展蔬菜产业的经济功能、生态功能和文化功能,不断提升蔬菜产业的经济竞争力、生态竞争力和文化竞争力。 The prosperous industry is the foundation of rural vitalization to keep exuberant vitality.Agriculture is the root of the rural prosperous industry and the vegetable industry is playing the new important role in the development of modern agriculture.The quality upgrading of vegetable industry is the important content of strong agriculture,the real embodiment of well-off farmers and the important hand of a beautiful countryside from the perspective of rural revitalization.In recent years,ShenXian county,LiaoCheng ShanDong province,which enjoys the title of“The first vegetable county in China”,has been continuously promoting the quality upgrading of vegetable industry through the implementation of centralized contiguous planting,the improvement of scientific and technological service network system,the improvement of whole-process vegetable quality supervision system and the exploration of vegetable industry cultural functions.In order to better implement the rural vitalization strategy,make the vegetable industry become a multi-functional carrier of“strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and well-off farmers”,and become an endogenous force of rural vitalization,it is necessary to promote the upgrading of vegetable industry quality and shift from production increase to competitiveness.By expanding the industrial chain,optimizing the value chain,speeding up greening,developing the vegetable plus new business form,the economic,ecological and cultural competitiveness of the vegetable industry can be constantly enhanced.
