摘要
本试验旨在探讨4种光周期对肉仔鸡采食行为、生长性能及血液指标的影响,为提高肉仔鸡的生长性能与福利水平提供理论参考依据。试验选择体况相近、健康的14日龄WOD168肉仔鸡96只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6只鸡。4个处理的光周期分别为23L∶1D(处理1)、16L∶8D(处理2)、8L∶4D∶8L∶4D(处理3)、8L∶16D(处理4),均采用LED白光灯照明,其他饲养管理条件一致。预试期7 d,正试期3周。结果表明:在整个试验期,处理3的采食时间百分比显著高于处理4(P<0.05);处理2的采食频次显著高于处理1(P<0.05),但处理1的最小采食时间显著高于处理2、3(P<0.05)。在明期,处理2、3、4肉仔鸡的采食时间百分比、采食频次均显著高于处理1(P<0.05);处理1的最小采食时间显著高于处理2、4(P<0.05)。在暗期,处理4的采食时间百分比、采食频次、最大采食时间显著高于处理1、2、3(P<0.05);处理4的最小采食时间显著高于处理1、3(P<0.05)。此外,处理4的料重比(F/G)显著低于处理1(P<0.05);处理1的血液白细胞数量显著高于处理4(P<0.05),总胆固醇含量显著高于处理2(P<0.05)。由此可见,为提高采食行为的表达、降低鸡只生理应激,建议在生产中采用8L∶4D∶8L∶4D的光周期。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of four photoperiods on the feeding behav ior,growth performance and blood parameters of broilers,and provide a theoretical reference for improving the growth performance and welfare of broilers.A total of 96 healthy WOD168 broilers with the similar body con dition at 14 days of age were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment and 6 broilers per replicate.The photoperiods of the 4 treatments were 23L∶1D(treatment 1),16L∶8D(treatment 2),8L∶4D∶8L∶4D(treatment 3)and 8L∶16D(treatment 4),all of which were illuminated by LED white light,and other feeding management were the same.The pretrial period lasted for 7 days and the trial period lasted for 3 weeks.The results showed that during the whole experimental period,the percentage of feeding time of treat ment 3 was significantly higher than that of treatment 4(P<0.05).The feeding number of treatment 2 was sig nificantly higher than that of treatment 1(P<0.05),but the minimum feeding time of treatment 1 was signifi cantly higher than that of treatments 2 and 3(P<0.05).In the light period,the percentage of feeding time and feeding number of treatments 2,3 and 4 were significantly higher than those of treatment 1(P<0.05).The minimum feeding time of treatment 1 was significantly higher than that of treatments 2 and 4(P<0.05).In the dark period,the percentage of feeding time,feeding number and maximum feeding time of treatment 4 were significantly higher than those of treatments 1,2 and 3(P<0.05).The minimum feeding time of treatment 4 was significantly higher than that of treatments 1 and 3(P<0.05).In addition,the feed/gain(F/G)of treat ment 4 was significantly lower than that of treatment 1(P<0.05).The white blood cell(WBC)count in blood of treatment 1 was significantly higher than that of treatment 4(P<0.05),and the total cholesterol(TC)content of treatment 1 was significantly higher than that of treatment 2(P<0.05).It can be seen that in order to improve the expression of feed
