摘要
随着供给侧改革的深入推进,农村公共产品需求与供给的矛盾越来越突出,严重制约了新农村经济建设战略的实施,加强农村公共产品供给制度的创新已成为了地方政府职能转型的核心内容。针对县域农村公共产品地方政府供给存在的问题,相关主体必须及时转变理念,明确问题形成的原因,并采取积极有效的措施寻求供给制度创新路径,以达到供给侧改革的战略要求和建设目标。
With the deepening of supply-side reform,the contradiction between the demand and supply of rural public goods is becoming more and more prominent,which seriously restricts the implementation of the new rural economic construction strategy,so that strengthening the innovation of rural public goods supply system has become the core content of local government function transformation.In view of the problems existing in the local government supply of county-level rural public goods,the relevant subjects must change their ideas in time,clarify the causes of the problems,and take active and effective measures to seek the innovation path of supply system,so as to achieve the strategic requirements and construction goals of supply side reform.
