摘要
PCMW工法是近年来出现的用于深基坑支护的新工法,旋挖灌注桩是一种相对传统的支护工艺。以中山市某大厦基坑支护工程为例,通过基坑变形、地面沉降、工程造价、工期、环境保护等多个方面,对PCMW工法与旋挖灌注桩进行综合性能对比分析。结果表明:采用PCMW工法在工程造价、工期、控制基坑变形和周边地面沉降等方面有较大优势。
PCMW engineering method is a newly developed method for deep foundation pit supporting in recent years,compared to the conventional rotary drilling pile. Take the example of the foundation pit support project of a building in Zhongshan City,the comprehensive performance of PCMW engineering method and rotary drilling pile is illustrated, based on the comparative analysis on the deformation of foundation pit,land subsidence,project cost,construction period,environmental protection and other aspects. The results show that PCMW engineering method has greater advantages in engineering cost, construction period, control of foundation pit deformation and surrounding land subsidence.
