摘要
目的分析中医内科护理干预老年患者失眠的效果情况。方法选择2017年8月至2018年8月我院收治的100例老年睡眠障碍者为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组50例。对照组使用常规干预,观察组接受中医内科护理,分析结果。结果和对照组相比,观察组受试者干预后SAS以及SDS分数明显更低,P<0.05。干预前,两组受试者各项PSQI分数无明显差异,P>0.05。干预后,患者清醒次数、入睡时长、睡眠时长以及睡眠评分有所改善,就改善程度来讲,和对照组相比,观察组改善情况明显更好,P<0.05。对照组治疗有效率为90.00%,观察组为98.00%,P<0.05。结论对于老年睡眠障碍患者,以常规治疗为基础,配合中医内科护理。有助于提升睡眠质量,积极改善患者既往临床症状。消除内心不良心理,因此值得进一步在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with insomnia.Methods 100 patients with sleep disorders from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into 2 groups of 50 cases.The control group used routine intervention and the observation group received Chinese medicine nursing care and analyzed the results.Results Compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower after intervention,P<0.05.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups of subjects,P>0.05.After the intervention,the number of patients awake,the duration of falling asleep,the length of sleep,and the sleep score improved.As far as the improvement was concerned,the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.The treatment effective rate was 90.00%in the control group and 98.00%in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion For elderly patients with sleep disorders,routine treatment is used as a basis and medical care is coordinated with Chinese medicine.Helps to improve sleep quality and improve clinical symptoms.The elimination of inner bad psychology,so it is worth further promotion in the clinical application.
