摘要
目的探究分析腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床疗效。方法将2017年3月至2018年3月的94例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的患者纳入研究范围,并应用随机数字表的方式对其平均分组,分别应用腹腔镜手术方式(实验组)进行治疗干预及传统开腹手术干预方式(对照组)进行干预,对比治疗效果。结果经研究,实验组的临床指标显著优于对照组,且实验组的妊娠率及术后不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论采用腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者病症进行干预,有利于优化临床指标,提升患者妊娠的可能性,降低术后并发症,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility.Methods 94 cases of endometriosis with infertility from March 2017 to March 2018 were included in the study.The patients were divided into two groups by means of random number table.Laparoscopic surgery(experimental group)and traditional laparotomy(control group)were used to intervene,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results After study,the clinical indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the pregnancy rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis with infertility in patients with disease intervention,is conducive to optimizing clinical indicators,improve the possibility of pregnancy,reduce postoperative complications,treatment effect is significant.
